About yesterday's brunch...
About the Outfit: I decided to go with my new Camel double breasted sleeveless long coat which I recently bought on the Misguided website. (Coat is a size 4US & 8UK). This Bangin' coat will give you a killer silhouette, a look which can be dressed up or dressed down.
I am loving the camel & black duo with this outfit. I purposely choose to wear it with a black funnel top by Zara, not a V-neck, to give it that polished look and bold aspect. My skinnies, are the forever black leather legging which I can never get enough of by Zara. The handbag is the Damier Speedy 35 by Louis Vuitton. The black and patent high heeled sneakers are from Jimmy Choo
About the Hotel: The newest hotel of morgan's hotel group in London has allures of the cruiser liner, the Mondrian seems to have 'docked' on the famous bank of the river Thames, in the trendy Southbank area. Featuring amazing views of the river and pedestrian area where thousands of tourists and Londoners come for a stroll during the weekend. The ship theme is present throughout the hotel, from the large oval washroom mirrors which resemble those found on ships to the curved paneled walls and brass elements retain the cruise liner feel, as if you were walking through its hull. An impressive design by Tom Dixon.
About the Brunch:
- Smashed avocado and soft boiled eggs, coriander and chilli on sesame toast.
- Cherry tomatoes, diced avocado and Crab omelette served on a sourdough bread.
- Simple, fresh and creamy mozzarella served with a toasted sourdough bread and a side of rucola.
- Thick american style pancales served with a warm lemon butter and maple syrup topped with fresh blueberries.
